im guessing that they sort of look like flats that have strings around your leg but also has a heel
Ok they are either ballet pumps with a heel or heels with ribbons that you tie round your leg, like ballet slippers. I don't know if they are a particular type of dance shoe, like jazz shoes, which I think have a slight heel but the only shoe I know of with the word 'ballet' in front, are flat pumps.
its the shoe that has no heels...its just a flat shoe.
